1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the tkbaee platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with tkbaee.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tkbaee ("tkbaee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tkbaee.net. These Terms apply to all services offered by tkbaee, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, crash games, promotional bonuses, and the VIP loyalty programme.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion on the tkbaee platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any tkbaee services.

tkbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on tkbaee.net. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the tkbaee platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general international online gaming standards, with particular reference to the laws and regulatory expectations applicable to online gaming activities. tkbaee operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification and makes no specific claims as to regulatory approval by any particular Bangladeshi government body.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Each player may hold exactly one tkbaee account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on tkbaee, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact email address.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently hold another active or suspended tkbaee account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

tkbaee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request identity and address verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) — the primary accepted document for Bangladesh players
• Passport or other government-issued photo identification
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used belongs to the registered player)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by the tkbaee support team may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or full account suspension until verification is completed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) tkbaee account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, device IDs, or IP addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all pending bonuses and promotional rewards, and may result in withholding of any remaining balance pending investigation. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact the tkbaee support team immediately at [email protected] to resolve the situation before any further activity takes place.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkbaee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. tkbaee will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the tkbaee support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the tkbaee platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkbaee supports a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

tkbaee accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your tkbaee account at the time of transaction. tkbaee does not apply hidden charges to standard deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your tkbaee account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• A minimum of one qualifying deposit and one qualifying bet must have been placed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy their respective wagering requirements in full before associated winnings become withdrawable. See Section 4 for bonus wagering terms.
• Withdrawal requests for standard account holders are typically processed within 24–72 hours on business days. VIP Platinum and Diamond tier members benefit from priority same-day withdrawal processing as part of the tkbaee VIP loyalty programme.
• tkbaee reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 or on accounts flagged by our fraud detection systems.

3.3 Currency & Exchange

The tkbaee platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. All game outcomes, bonus calculations, and account balances are displayed and settled in BDT. If you attempt to use a payment method denominated in a different currency, any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by tkbaee are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus abuse is a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tkbaee offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the following standard conditions:

• The bonus is available to new players only — one welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The welcome bonus and any associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier for which is displayed in the active promotion terms at the time of claiming.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: most slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon the validity period ending.

4.2 Ongoing Promotions

4.3 VIP Loyalty Programme

The tkbaee VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Loyalty Points are awarded for qualifying bet activity across sports, live casino, and slot games. VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, dedicated account management, and tournament invitations — are governed by the VIP Programme terms published separately on the tkbaee platform. tkbaee reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures, and Loyalty Point earn rates at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, low-risk wagering strategies designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, multi-account bonus claiming, and coordinated abuse — is strictly prohibited. tkbaee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is identified, tkbaee reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

5. Betting & Casino Game Rules

All bets and casino game rounds placed on the tkbaee platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections before confirming.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the tkbaee sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted and settled in Bangladeshi Taka at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation.
• tkbaee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of placement, where real-time data feeds confirm the event was in progress.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled sporting event (including BPL, IPL, T20, and international cricket fixtures), bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the tkbaee sportsbook help section.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to data feed disruptions or significant in-game events. Bets confirmed before suspension will stand; bets unconfirmed at the time of suspension will be voided and the stake returned.
• tkbaee reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market, restrict betting access for specific players, or void bets where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns or match manipulation.

5.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino and live casino games available on the tkbaee platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology (for RNG games) or live-streamed real-time dealer activity (for live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). The following rules apply to all casino game activity:

• Game results are final once a round is completed and the outcome has been displayed. No retrospective adjustments will be made except where a verifiable technical malfunction is confirmed.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted by a technical fault, tkbaee will make reasonable efforts to restore the round to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits due to system error will be adjusted to the applicable limit, and any overage returned to the account balance.

5.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including clearly incorrect odds, jackpot display errors, or game configuration errors — tkbaee reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the players concerned, regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour. "Obvious error" payouts will not be honoured. Decisions by tkbaee management regarding what constitutes a manifest error are final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbaee platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You must not engage in any of the following activities while using the tkbaee platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods (including bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts belonging to third parties) to fund your tkbaee account.
• Money laundering: Using the tkbaee platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism for laundering proceeds from illegal activity. tkbaee is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the tkbaee platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of odds differences across markets for guaranteed profit, where the primary intent is risk-free extraction of funds rather than genuine recreational betting.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal requests with your payment provider in respect of genuine tkbaee transactions. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the matter referred for investigation.
• Underage gambling: Registering an account, making deposits, or placing bets while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage gambling by sharing account access with a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one tkbaee account under any circumstances not previously approved by tkbaee in writing.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Both players and tkbaee have the right to close a tkbaee account. Responsible gaming closures are always supported and prioritised.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your tkbaee account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, tkbaee will process the closure within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

7.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, tkbaee offers a dedicated self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked for all betting and gaming activity. 7.3 tkbaee-Initiated Suspension or Closure

tkbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited automated tools
• Underage gambling or suspected underage access
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — prior notice will be provided by email)

Where tkbaee initiates a closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and promotion-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified deposit balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any investigation, minus any amounts offset against confirmed fraud losses.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

tkbaee's liability to players is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Online gambling carries inherent financial risk — please play responsibly.

8.1 Platform Availability

tkbaee strives to provide uninterrupted access to the platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond tkbaee's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions. tkbaee accepts no liability for losses (including missed betting opportunities) arising from platform unavailability due to such circumstances.

8.2 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited into your tkbaee account.
• You are participating in gambling activities voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the tkbaee platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Past game results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes — all games of chance on the tkbaee platform are statistically independent events.
• tkbaee's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — are available to you at any time via your account settings or by contacting support, and you are encouraged to use them if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkbaee's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the tkbaee platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tkbaee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

8.4 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by general international online gaming standards.
